A complaint was lodged with the service centre of Godrej Complaint Number NDL/18270 on 25th Oct. for the Night Latch not working. I was informed that the complaint will be attended with in 48 Hours. Complaint is not attended even after 5 days. I think there is no one responsible in this company to control or check the services provided to the customer inspite of my reminding their seniors and service centre again and again. Surprisingly numbers provided to me by the service centre for quick action was also wrong. Is such a reputed company having any one who can take some action?
