Aquagard classic water purifire

Dear Sir,

I am purchase one water purifier of model Aquagard classic with e boiling on dated 24/03 by local representative Mr. Manoj Singh (Allahabad office) first only he gives adv receipt no any other papers are providing, second i am five six times personally request to pl send the service man to clean my water purifier.but til date no any response me to provide my service, so i am requesting pl solve my problem or refund my money.
