The Aquaguad with cooler having model AGCCP is defunct for last two months. The AMC has been given to the company i.e.M/S Eureka Forbes Ltd., Forest Park Bhubaneswar on 14.05.2010 vide contract receipt no CP 40 15853850. Despite repeated telephonic request the service provider is totaly reluctant to provide service as terms & condition. Hence it is requested to take initiative to repair the machine immediately in order to avaoid any further legal proceedings.
