I have installed one new RO Protect plus aquaguard water purifier on 4th June. The unit is not functioning since june 30th morning. My complint no is 0058594032. My customer no is 1007124750. Even after 36 hrs, no service person has turned up to rectify the fault. as a result, I have to buy mineral water from the market. There is a wedding ceremony at my residence, which has caused greater woes.
