I bought Total Reviva (water purifier) last year. I was promised... 4 free service will be provied every quater. But in a year, we got only 1 service and that too after repeated calling the sales exec.
Also, we were told during time of purchase, RO filters will be changed (free of cost) within a year of purchase. But now service exec. is telling they will be charging.
I lodged a complaint at customer care (request no. - 0057796919), no action/update is done within 24 hrs. Still waiting..
As a customer I am so much harresed, that I have decided NOT to recommend Eureka forbes product to any one.
