Recently i placed 3 (three) order from bag it today there order id are as below:
1) 1014426208 on 21-01-12 worth Rs-19999/-
2) 1014432143 on 22-01-12 worth Rs-18999/- (I returned the product on 3rd-Feb-12 when it reached me as told by Customer Executive)
3) 1014432064 on 22-01-12 worth Rs-19999/- (I received it on 29-01-12)
The above one order (1014426208) i have canceled when confirmation process call came to me as double order of the same product was made by me but still the product is under process as i am getting SMS for that till date and the amount of the same has not come to my account as told please see in to the matter. I had complained for it on Customer support executive with complain no (586516 & 573038) and apart from this i called Customer support executive time to time about. Now you please look in to the matter.
