In month of november I have purchased Benetton Watch for Rs.500.00 against India today book club invoice no. ORA090090370 but when I opened the packet the watch was faulty and returned to the supplier thru: DTDC Courier no. V01634828 dtd:03.12.2009 but inspite of seveal followups and mails they have not replaced the watch. Everytime I call the their number I get colorful excuses.
Is this the way to handle complaints.
The concerned government authority should look into matter so that companies donot take people for ride.
