I own a blackberry storm 9530. first, it had occasional black outs then on day its screen was not working properly. on pressing 8 i displayed 0. and then afterwards its software was corrupted.
i presently live in udupi, i went blackberry's service center in Bangalore Redingnton pvt ltd. so they tell me they are not liable for service for mobiles that are purchased outside india. so i asked whether should i have to go LA for repairng my mobile, from where i purchased it.
its such disgusting service from such a company.
