I have sent a courier through Track on couriers service. The couriers was sent to famous online shopping website NAAPTOL (New Delhi) from Mohali. The courier had a clear name of place New Delhi.but due to negligiance of Track-on couriers the courier reached Hyderabad. Then I approached the local vendor from where I have sent the phone. He didn't showed any interest in the matter. Then I myself approached track-on couriers (Head office) to get information about the courier from where I got to know that courier has been RTO due to address not found. Then after waiting for couple of days when I tracked, that courier reached Mohali on 3 July I again called the local track-on courier office in Mohali phase-2.The local vendor started making excuses, He said that he has not received the courier and made such excuses for 3-4 days. Then, on my forceful behavior to get my courier back, He returned me an empty box with outer cover of my courier. That box contained pieces of glass in it. Then I again approached track-on couriers for the help but their customer care executive showed such irresponsible behavior and replied me, to send a mail of compliant. Trackon's customer care executives hardly showed any interest in the matter. Kindly help me.
