Hi ..I have purchased cloths from BrandFactory last week later I found that there was fabric problem in trouser and got damaged as soon as I wear it..Today I went to them asking for replacement Mr.kantanand who is handling this division blamem that it's been ironed and because you dont have bill which I lost cannot be replaced..I asked them to get the copy of bill from database matching my transcation id of debit card he denied... Again he behaved very roughly with me..I want to sue this bastared..
