Dear Sir,
We regularly buy our monthly groceries and all items from Dmart, Mulund West. On 12th Dec eveing we had visited Dmart and purchased all items and was billed to tune of Rs.3319.28. The billing was completed and the counter clerks loaded our trolleys. On reaching home, we noticed that 1 entire plastic bag containing 2k Detergent soap, 1 bath soap, 2 Detergernt Soap Bar, 1 Lizol, 1 scotchbrite, 1 parachuite oil bottle was not present in the entire trolley at all. We have complained and last 4 days, there has been no positive response from the company. I have asked the company to check the CCTV footage since I am sure, there has been some misplacement when the counter clerk has loaded the trolleys after billing
The amount involved is over Rs.500- and we need compensation from Dmart, Mulund WEst
