I own a water purifyer of Eureka Forbes called Aquaguard Royale. I have also paid and signed an annual maintenance contract with the company. Under the contract the company is required to provide free maintenance as well as change the carbon every six months which is extremely critical. The machine was due for service and change of carbon on March 15 but no service agent turned up until May 1 when actually the machine broke down and I registered a complaint at the central service centre. Also, the service centre (H-401, Som Vihar, R.K. Puram) did not have the required parts to be changed and I have to go manage with mineral water for the last 3-4 days. This is crass carelessness on the part of the service centre at Som Vihar especially not changing the carbon on time which means that I was drinking impure water for the past one and a half month putting the life of my family in danger.
