I bought a Aqua Sure crystal from Nagpur. I live in Gadchiroli and i was assured of prompt installation within 1 day. It has been 18 days and the unit is still not installed. When i called to follow up i was told that since it is far away from Nagpur (150km) it would take 2 days. After 2 days i called for follow up then i was told that the technician is not available! When i started arguing then i was told that the technician will come on "sunday evening" and the technician never showed up. I called to follow up again and i was told to call again after the technician shows up!! (as if it is my responsibility to call them every time for their mess up). I told that the customer center should call me when (if at all) the technician shows up. Then i was told that i would be called and again nobody calls up. I called for a follow up again and i was told that the supervisor is not available... lies... damn lies... and even more lies. I thought Eureka Forbes will have a good customer service... but seems there is none.
Would recommend thinking twice before buying a product where installation by company is guaranteed but never done!!
