O purifier is not working

I got a eureka Forbes ro purifier .this ecs scheme. enhance model.two month back purchase for this item. purifier is not working. water [tds] taste is normal bore water. once complaint that, came and just machine opened. but is not clear about that.what can i do, this problem again please solve my [consumer ] product satisfaction
