We purchased the EXIDE BATTERIES IT-500

2.Battery No.16033

We are having problem with backup, so we send the batteries through by

BMPS Transport,

LR No.838545-2,

COURIER DTDC No: T39248363

by date 09-06. We send this to Secunderabad head office.

There is no reply or intimation from the head office. They didn't replaced the batteries yet. So, please we want the replacement of batteries.
