Valentines day gift not delivered

I had ordered a Golden rose from frens and petals Order no 700642454 to be delivered on 14/02. But till now 19/02, it has not been delivered yet.

I tried calling on the customer care number they are not sure when it will reach.

I request you to please deliver it...
