I have ordered Flex Conditioner and shampoo in get dandy.com and my order no. is 24774 which i booked on Sat, 06/23. After 2 days i got a call from get dandy saying that the product i booked is not in stock so they want to confirm me with some alternate product in the same brand, i said ok. After one week i called them for the product not received the representative told me she will confirm with the logistic department but she didn’t called me. Once again after 2 days i called them they said its already shipped and its on the way but i didn’t received anything after 2 days also. so i called them after 2 days she said she has sent it through on dot courier and the same day the courier guy called me 10 times but i could not able to pick the call since my mobile was in locker due to office time. The courier guy send me an message very rudely saying that "since you are not picking my call its waste to have a mobile throw your mobile in dustbin". I really got angry by this message and i called get dandy and scolded Madhu the telephone operator by saying all these she transferred my call to her superior Rajen or Rajan he was listen everything and he promised me that he will refund my money and send the product in different courier at free of cost. I told him you just refund my money i don’t want any product. After one week i got call from get dandy saying that the other courier also not able to deliver my courier so they said they will refund the money.
Now i am waiting for the refund money. My only concern is till when we go to shop and purchase the product the customer is king but because of these kind of Fraud online shopping’s the customers are becoming beggars after ordering we has to follow up so many times by spending phone charges instead we can go and get the product from shop only. I could not find my ordered product in any shop that’s why i order through this fraud site. Everyone who ever is ready this please don’t order anything from this site because they are big cheaters. Definitely they will make you beggars after paying the money for your products. Can anyone help me is they any way to sue this online shopping company.
