Nokia/5800 Xpress music
Facing problem in the mobile from first day and nokia care doen't know the solution

I bought new mobile nokia 5800 Xpress music on 15th August (IMEI number: 356910030187686).

From the next day the problem started arising in the mobile. After switching on and mobile is kept on for 5-6 hours and if i try to open some application it gives and error saying "memory full: please close some applications". This problem goes if i switch off the mobile and switch it on again.

I went to Nokia care center at C-10 sector-10 Noida on 21st August and i was told that the problem is due to software and they updated the and told me that this problem won't arise now and on that day evening same problem arise ans i visited nokia care again on 24th August and that time i was told that this is due to virus in the memory card to we will format the memory card and mobile then this will work and i got the memory card and mobile formatted and again same problem arose in the evening and today again 3rd time i visited Nokia care they told me that they have new version of software and if they will update it then this problem will be solved. After waiting for one hour i was told that software is update but when i checked the software it was same that was earlier in my mobile when i told this to the support person she told me that new file of that software is used but i was not satisfied by this so i asked to call the head of this frechise. Person name Mr. Ajay Singh came and he told me that the software's new release had come and we need to install that in it.when i asked him that why this is not updated in last one and half hours then he told me that they were trying to install that release but it was getting failed.

This was not told to me by the support person rather they told me that new software is updated in my mobile if i would have not checked this then again i have to keeping visiting their office as they don't no the solution of the problem and they are making fool of persons.

Service provided by this service center is not satisfactory at all they don't know the reason of the problems arising in the mobile phones and they are passing false information to the customers.

I had used samsung and sony ericsson mobiles for approximately 2-2 years and not faced any problem even once.

Please register complains against them for their bad services they are giving to the users and due to which company name is getting effected.
