I bought surf excel blue packets. I was surprised that the packets does not seems to contain powder. There is some sort of gelly or something like that. I complaint to HLL, but to my surprise no one is looking into it. It is nearly one month past. My ref no is 1000354187. Send several emails. Could somebody provide me the contact details of CEO. or should any media/ other manufacturing agencies can help me, I have sealed packet of the product which i want to open in presence of all.
