I have baught the pure it from hindustan unilever, and having the algae problem since 6 months, 4 times i loged the complaint, they came and clear the same and promised that now it will not happen, but still the problem is on, now they are asking for service charge and say that i can do complaint where ever i want to do, but they will not come without paying service charge, actually the product is faulty but they are also not ready tio change it, 8401345789 is the cel number from where i received the call and they asked for service charge, i think the pruduct is not safe for family
