I bought a HUL small water filter Purit, everything is fine till the time i have not required a battery kit to replace it is almost 15 days i have not reveived the same, it is creating problem for us because the supply water is not drinnkable, inspite the commitment of delivery in 3 working days, and his custcare is having most irresponsible people, they know nothing other then regreat and raising a complaint on urgent bessis and nobody is resonsible for that urgent complain, he has no updation on that why a urgent bessis complain is pending for so long, customer Id for HUL-1928133243, and i have applied for battery kit on 1-July-10 and still waiting for the same...
