RO not working

Dear Sir,

Company personnel for Kent RO is continuosly teasing us by not fixing our RO and they come sometime charge us and after 2 days our RO again come in to the same condition.

We are really frustrated by the irresponsible behaviour of the support of Kent RO.Can you please take some action on the same.
