I have purchased Kent RO Grand product from AHQ CSD Delhi, Service call for installation pending since 7 days, despite of making several complaints and request on (Noida complaint, installation service no.) 0120-3075000, (Mr. Randhir) 9990191610.
Many a times no one pics the phone during working hours even, very much dissattisfied with the service, doubt about product too.
