A pair of Mattresses purchased from Canteen Store Department Bareilly (UP) on 21st Jan despite repeated complaints to the supplier no response was received. Latter on Mr. Rajesh Kumar Tiwari (Sr. Business officer) from Ghaziabad visited to check and find faulty mattresses in December. He Was agreed to exchange the faulty mattresses with the new pair. Still no further action has been taken on our genuine complaint. They must send letter to us to exchange from their supplier.
