Touch pad not working

I have purchased lg ks 660 mobile from essar telecom retail centre the mobile store gandhinagar on 22/04 invoice no-gj/01930/00001/4722.its touch pad is not working since 1 month when i approached them they asked me to go to lg service centre-creative communication sector-11 gandhinagar.when i go there they said they will replace touch pad within 2 days.but 2 days are not come since.
