The samsung microwave Model no. is MWO PG 83XTL (SR- 09857DBL8Co317), purchased from the authorized dealer S.L. Arora electronics, Aligarh on 19-10, has been giving some problem since 2-3 months. I had informed the dealer who them advised me to contact the samsung service Centre. located at centre point Aligarh. I contacted the concern person of the service centre who paid a visit about a month's ago and diagnosed a fault in the Magnetron unit which should be replace by one. Since then I am waiting,
telephoned centre but the people there are not paying the attention.
I am registestering this complain to you, so that it may be taken at the earliest. otherwise it will give an adverse impact to the reputation of samsung that the Service Centre is non functional.
Please look into the matter, and also inform me the action taken and also the price of the part and Service charge if any which I have to pay.
