Defective and not as promised product

Eceived on 02/02 one car FM, MP3, 2GB pen drive, vaccum cleaner from Naaptol. Despatched from Aaditya Infotech Haridas Market Bank Street Koti Hyderabad-500 095 thru Blue Dart. Order No1318531 dt 29/01.

The above product is a faulty one, in a broken condition without the 2 gb pen drive and the player does not have the slot to play the MP3 disc.

I would like to get a refund of Rs.2250/- which was paid by me.
