I received a defective, used, old phone from naaptol on an online order. The payment was made as cash on delivery.
After finding it defective, I tried to call the customer care number. Since I could not connect, I sent complaint to the two mail id's provided on net: [email protected], [email protected]. There was no reply. I could connect customer care through phone and they said I didn't complaint in time. They don't consider complaint through mail.
Any way, they gave an address to return the product.
I sent the product to the given no; immediately through bluedart. It is over a week since then there has not been any response from naaptol. Somehow I cannot get connected to the customer care number.
It says network busy or wrong number or something.
I am deeply disappointed by this attitude from naaptol. I think I lost my money and the product.
I would greatly appreciate if my money could be refunded.
