Delayed to delivery by warranty issue

Dear Sir,

Iam rajaseharan residing at kodambakkam. I have bought Pigeon Induction cooker on 24.10. after one and half month it got failed by cooling fan. Then I went on 07.12.2010 nearby service station: G.K Electronic 6/33 west sivan koil street, arcot road, vadapalani.chennai 600026.Ph.23650542.

They told they would replace the cooling fan in warranty.and asked me to wait for 3 days. I often visited the service station they keep on telling me that they have not received the warrant part from the company. Still now there is no response from. Is this the great way to treat the customer like this? I could not understand this.

Hope, you will do my needs as soon as possible.
