My phone in survice centre upto 5 months .i want to increase my phone warranty for 5 months

I want buy phone of sony ericssion xperia x10 mini .purchase date 27 feb.i am properly use it to july after this month it start giving problem then i go to suvice centre of sirsa chugh telecom shop no 81, 82, 83 contact no 9812121203 and submitted it my 1st ticket of 16 july i forgot my ticket id no after this i will submitted my phone at 27 sept and 2nd ticket id no is 1209700581 and when i go to receive it at 19 dec then i check my phone on suvice centre then i found the battery is not charge then again submitted my phone battery the ticket id no is 1212900987 at the same date but now 16 jan iwill not get my phone properly. so lasi i want that my handset is fully replaced or the phone warranty increases upto 6 months with anew bill.my name rohit gandhi from jakhal haryana and contact no 8685901400.so plz take action quickly.
