I am writing this as i do not want anybody to be in situation i am in. last month we had an acquaguard at our home. the guy who came to show demo show us so many dreams..like quartely service, etc. but now after taking money they are seen nowwhere. they are not attending phone calls and then we visit office they are not found there. i am not given the warranty card and also the bill slip though i have given the full payment of the product. i just wonder how can company can hire such irresponsible people or its that all the company guys are disgusting fellows who just want to ditch people and make their pockets heavy.
Please don't buy eureka forbes product and if you don't want peace of mind then u r welcome to take it.
we are already lost much of our peace of time and just end up giving them abusive words as we can't do anything.
i don't know whether i can take them to court.. will find it soon. i am totally frustrated with their services and won't suggest anyone to go for acquaguard or any eureka forbes product.
