Highly disappointed customer service

Hi,

This is Rajendra Kanth, contacted godrej customer care for lock fitting on 28th Jun and still it is pending. I am started calling nearly 4 to 5 times in a day for the update started 1st Jul. But, no luck. They started saying stories and dropping my calls. I am getting frustrated to make calls. I asked them to transferred my call to their supervisor, they don't and dropped the call. Please help me this regard. My service # hyd/042257.
