I am a user of FORBES CRYSTAL since last three years with a habit of regular amc. Recently I contacted 39883333 for amc renewal. Next day a local service person (who is under DURGAPUR SERVICE FRANCHISEE.code no-1876 Phone no:0343 2544582) attended the machine. He changed both the candles along with cleaning the UV chamber and left.

After his departure when I went to use this water for drinking, I got a very bad and strong smell and unable to drink. Instantly I informed that local service personal to attend for solving the problem. He came and tried his best but in vain.

Again I informed the Durgapur service franchisee regarding this serious problem but no attention is received so far.

We are consuming this type of water as we don't have any other alternative. We are very much fed up with this particular type of service rendered by your end.
