I lost my mobile sim card in and On 25 Jan airtel officeat Nagpur issued me duplicate sim card. Yet the sim has not been activated. Nobody is owining the responsibility for it. The official at service centre are continuously saying that "SERVER DOWN "problem. Please resolve.
