Dear Sir,

I have requested 3~5 times to disconnent of my land line services but of no use from last 2 months.

Now I feel to stop payment from today itself and i will not be liable to any of charges from today onward.

I again request to disconnect my land line no. 0129-4048240 installed in my name at my resisdance 2240, Sector 28, HB Colony, Faridabad, Haryana.

My alternate no is 09810432123.
