They have deducted the amount of Rs.300 from my cell without any reason and I called them back on their complains number 198 for last 10 days Always they gave a different information and always they told me to wait for 24 hours. According to them i have accessed some Airtel live stuff and that's why they charged this amount and inspite of the fact that I didnt even access it for a single minute, they just keep saying "No Madam our record cannot go wrong. This is for the service you have used" BullShit... These stupid people who arent even completely aware of the totla services provided by the company are called as Customer sevice EXECUTIVES they just keep on telling u call on that number u call on this number this is not the case we can handle and what not...
I was told to wait for a week for this complain and I didnt even recieve a call from their end and the matter ended with a message on my cell "We tried calling you. And the complain has been marked as resolved..." WTF... How do they close a complain even if they didnt have a talk wid me???
And above all they finally say that the amount will not be refunded!!!
The dates on which I called were:
First I had a balance of 310 on 4th June
Then on 5th June when i got up i found some rubbish messages on my cell regarding the deductions. My balance was 60 on that morning.
I called the Airtel customer care on 198 and told them about the incidence.
They refunded 99rs and said that it was by mistake and we will look into rest balance.
Later I kept the cell for charging and found my balance to be only Rs.18 just after 15mins.
I called them back they said "Madam call back on 12118"
I called and filed a complain. Then they said wait for 24 hrs we'll call u back.
I waited they didnt call. I called them back again.
They again said wait till 13th June I did And finally found that the problem was marked as resolved???
HOW???
I need justification...
