It is observed and known that now a days many Franchiseed portals are providing Air Ticketing services to customers through outlets, there is a facility of mark up on the best deals air lines provides, but the companies provide facilities to its retailers and distributors to add a mark-up price in a range of RS 100-RS 1000 also. Is this not a cheating with customers.?
The air lines must stop this cheating through such Service providers.
