This is about a animations company Animedia interactive pvt ltd... they dont pay the salary of the employees on time. If a employee wishes to leave the company after 3 months or six months..they dnt pay any amount saying that..they provideed training for 3 months for which they dont pay salarY..Daily overtime..no salary payment on time..worst management..
they hire engineers, animators make them work for 3 months or six months..make them sign bonds..which is illegal..!
Accrding to the labour law..A employee is entitle to get his salary for wether he works for 1 month or 1 year... with serving notice period, or without serving N.P
so please think before joining ..they fool and play around with employees career..
