Lack sole of the lower part got unpasted

Dear sir

i purchased one pair of shoes from you shirdi out let void bill no 244 dated 24.04.2012. the complaint is that the lower sole (Black) is come off (unpasted) and this defect is in both the shoes one's come out and the other will also come off. I had been to your aurangabad store in prozone mall but they gave no response they told to pay for the pasting.
