Promotional offer not delivered

Was promised promotional offer of a apple i pad and once registered did not bother to revert. After repeated follow up sent a mail that the item was dispatched to be delivered by the courier but did not get delivered for inexplicable reasons. No mention of why it was not delivered no courier bill details mentioned No track of the courier and no revert No follow up till date

They continued to offer this as a promotional item while the product / version was withdrawn it is a clear con game
