I had purchased a lord shoes in Aug. The shoe was totally faulty & the sole was broken within a weeks time. I gave the shoe for repair for which they gave a receipt. Still I haven't recived my shoe back nor did I received any reimbursement for the same. Specially the staff is so unco-oprative / exploiting that they are passing the claim within themselves & my issue is still unresolved. I have visited the store altleat 10 times.
