Tickets Not Received

Dear CC Forum,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I had placed order for DLF IPL-3 Tickets worth Rs 550 each

for the upcoming match on 10th April at Bangalore. The order was placed online on 07 Feb for 2 tickets through HDFC Net Banking.

These people had intimated that the tickets will be delivered 2 days prior to the match. But So far, I haven't received tickets. Inspite of emails and calls we are not answered for our query from their end.
