Not replacement of shoe

I have purchased a shoe of Rs.6200 from addidas of G.K-1 M block market on 04/01.

After 2 weeks that shoe suddenly got tore off from the stitching part of the left shoe.

then i have brought that shoe at the store on 17/02 to show them that shoe and asked them to replace this but they have not taken any action for this at all.

they told me that they cant do anything with this matter.
