I am an active subscriber of idea cellular and have been suffering from many issues like automated balance deduction.
They normally use to deduct balance from the customer's account without their knowledge and if you called them to know the reason they will tell you that "There is disturbance in the line we are unable to hear you, please call again".
They don't even responded to the email which I have sent them as complaint.
There is customer support is lack of professionalism and very poor as they don't know how to assist their customers.
