My name is vishal and my no. is 9815907778.i am facing errors in to login in airtel messenger.i am paying all my dues but still i am facing problem in service since last 2 month.gprs helpline says that they can do nothing about my problem and customer care exicutives says that this is a technical problem and gprs helpline will solve it.but gprs are doing nothing.i have talked to them more than 50 times.but they are not donig anything.they asked me to wait for 48 hours more than 12 times.and 3 times the cutted my call during i am telling them my problem.is that how airtel customer care works? i want my problem solved in 2 days.
