Dear Sir

Yesterday at 19.00 hrs i have recharge Vodafone with 250/= of my wife mobile (madhya pradesh no.)from Navipur (Kanpur Dehat) from shankar electronics. Message received from Id no RM12483144887 but no balance ammount is received. After calling to customer care Mr Ashish srivastava is saying that in this no internet is recharged, which we have not required.i say to him pl refund this ammount to retailer & he will again recharge it. but the customer care person refused to do so. Please solve this problem, Still it is small ammount, but it creates loss of everybodys valuable money. Waiting your positive response.
