Airtel become worse than more enough, i was user of Airtel 98 GPRS booster for last 6 months so they gave a offer of validity for 45 days for the same 98 GPRS booster pack and i confirmed by calling their executive whether i got validity of 45 days. They confirmed you got the validity and your additional 15 days will add on end of the 30th day, but nothing added and stole Rs.12 from my account for usage of GPRS. The customer care executive of airel not at all aware about what they talking they cut the call many times while i was talking and at last said we have no update on your status. Really pity i don't why they came to work without knowing simple things.
I was satisfied with Airtel once, now they become such a Crooks, Think if they stole a Rupee from each of the customer, what will be there cut
