Irregularity of service

I am using a airtel prepaid sim in the name of my father. i have recharged a msg pack of rs.26 which gives a offer of free message local and national for 10 days. i have recharged 3 days ago but the airtel is deducting my balnce for every message. on complaining they r telling me that money is not deducted and after i made 2 calls they became unreachable. Instead of connecting the call to customer care service they just speaking about a offer and disconnecting it. this has happened to me many a times. this irregularity of service should be checked. i am tired of there poor service.
