I was apply for Mobil No. Portability from AIRTEL (9936346181) to TATA DOCOMO on 24.08.11.but the AIRTEL rejected that application due to the following region.(there are subsisting contractual obligation from the subscriber agreement) i don’t know when and where i agreement with the AIRTEL
After that, I was received a phone (MR. PRAVEEN-Airtel) that there are subsisting contractual obligation from your end and photo id is mismatch.
On 12.09.11I have done again mnp and after that 7 days when, I was received a phone and they told me that your mnp again rejected due to same reason. I call again airtel customer care on 19.09.11, he told me that your application was rejected.
