I was using a Airtel Postpaid number from last 3-4 years 98725-92944.. I switched my number from postpaid to prepaid last month (20-03) with proper documentation (i.e. photo id card, post to pre form, photograph). Now the problem is that on 19th april deactivate outgoing calls and after that 20th april incoming calls also, now it shows inactive sim. I was not aware of that, no intimation from company side like any call or any msg. When i made a call to customer care they said we didn't know the reason.
I am working with a Bank so my number status shows to other doesn't exist how shameful when my central office, zonal office or customers calls me and they gt that reply. Please reply on urgent basis my alternative number is 90412-16008 . [email protected]
